While getting her B.S. in Business Management, she explored the the NYC fashion industry as an intern and started her first business, Mimith – designing, producing and selling belts.

In 2005, she started her career with Saks Fifth Avenue in their retail training program. Over her 10+ years with Saks, Mimi scaled businesses in handbags, soft accessories, footwear, contemporary clothing & home+gifts.
